Self Defense
Members (and non-members) will have access to workshops focused on gaining and maintaining self-defense skills using martial art techniques.
Fitness
Being physically fit is an important element in Chinese martial arts. All members will have access to fitness equipment (available during class hours). In addition, cardio and strength training will be incorporated into the class curriculum.
Mobility
Guided stretching will be during most Kung Fu classes. Members are invited to participate in unlimited stretch sessions throughout the week!
