Schedule

  We’ve designed our class times to be more general to meet the needs of your busy schedule. The instructors will take note of the skill level for each student participating in each class and adjust the content accordingly for that individual. In addition, please note the following:

*Adult: For adults only, however, teens with a green belt or higher may be invited to participate. 

**Teen/Adult/Family: Perfect for teens, adults and/or family members to train together!

Kids: White-Orange II is the beginner level and Yellow & above is intermediate 

Advanced Technique: Great for any skill level; focuses on developing a specific skill each class.

Open Training: Open to the community and great for all ages/skill level; invite your friends and family to train with you!
