Kung Fu is a great martial art for kids to begin developing as early as 4 years old*. Kids classes will be 45 minutes in length and will promote discipline, confidence and fitness.

Adult and Teen Classes
Adult and teen classes will be an hour in length. Stretching will be incorporated into the class to promote mobility and enhance performance.
*Kids are generally able to begin martial arts training around the age of 5. If your young child is showing an interest, we encourage you to bring them in for a free trial class to assess their readiness.
